Opera Apartments Almaty

The apartment was clean and cozy .

I had difficulty locating the entrance since there was no signage or reception. After carrying my luggage around, I learned the entrance was at the back, quite inconvenient. I found the communication with the manager frustrating, particularly regarding payment processes before my arrival.

Good and perfect position, we really enjoyed staying here.

The apartment was immaculate, with a fresh smell that made it inviting. I particularly loved the great view from the balcony and the fact that it was close to many Restaurants and cafes. We were in Almaty to explore the city, and the nearby park exceeded our expectations with its beauty. I appreciated that the communication with the host was straightforward.

The Apartment with Garden View was clean and spacious, a big plus. The sofa bed isn't a real pull-out bed, but it's decent enough for one person if you move the cushions. The only hiccup was the heater that wasn't working at first, but it got fixed by morning. The place was nice for our family stay.
